A Case of Avadcular Necrosis of Femoral Head and Ununited Fracture of Femur Neck.

Abstract
|
|
|
The bone-grafting procedure for aseptic necrosis with or without union of the fractured femur neck
indicates that this procedure has retained its usefulness as a conservative method.
It does not disturb the basic anatomical fetures and allows the fracture to heal in most instances.
A case of avascular necrosis of femoral head with ununited fracture of femur neck which was treated
with Phemister technique is reported.
